printengland LTD reserves the right to keep all original Artwork made by printengland LTD and will only release an original Artwork file if previously discussed and agreed with the client directly. 

If original Artwork is purchased all copyright remains with printengland LTD

Printing services will only proceed once the client has approved the design, once approved there is no amending designs.

If the Client is unsatisfied with the design prior to Client approval no refund can be given unless the product is faulty.

Delivery time for Client work is 5 - 10 working days from the day the Artwork was approved by the Client. printengland LTD reserves the right to extend these delivery times for unexpected circumstances and delays therefore refunds will not be issued for later delivery.
